Doodlio is the platform we use to manage all athletic forms. Parents must upload their child’s physical forms and complete all required documents, including the Consent to Play, CAL Athletes' Responsibilities and Code of Conduct, and the C.A.L. Sportsmanship Contract.

Please note that completing these forms in Doodlio is mandatory for your child to participate in any sport. In addition, all parents are required to complete the Play Like a Champion training
