The STA Difference

Catholic Identity
At St. Thomas the Apostle, our Catholic identity is at the heart of everything we do.
Rooted in a deep love for Jesus Christ, our mission goes beyond academics to form students in faith, character, and purpose. From daily prayer and meaningful liturgies to the way we treat one another with compassion and respect, Christ is present in every classroom, every activity, and every moment of the day. We strive to nurture not only strong minds, but faithful hearts—guiding our students to live with integrity, serve others joyfully, and grow into who God is calling them to be.
Small Class Sizes
With intentionally class sizes, we create a learning environment where every student is truly known, valued, and supported.
With more individualized attention from teachers, students are able to grow academically while building confidence in their abilities. This close-knit setting fosters stronger relationships, encourages participation, and allows educators to tailor instruction to meet each child’s unique needs. Beyond academics, our small classes cultivate a sense of belonging and community, where students feel comfortable, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential!
Afterschool Clubs
Here at STA learning doesn’t stop when the final bell rings—our afterschool clubs bring energy, creativity, and excitement to every afternoon!
Led by our very own passionate staff, these clubs offer something for everyone, from hands-on art and creative cooking to high-energy sports and imaginative LEGO building. Students have the chance to explore new interests, discover hidden talents, and build friendships in a fun and supportive environment. Whether they’re creating, competing, or collaborating, our afterschool programs are where curiosity comes to life and every student gets to shine.
Performing Arts Program
Our performing arts program at STA is a vibrant and well-known part of our school community, bringing together both our music and drama programs in meaningful and exciting ways.
Throughout the year, students take the stage in a variety of productions—from our lively fashion shows and three beloved Christmas programs to the powerful Easter Passion Play and our energetic spring show. Each performance is a celebration of our students God-given talents, creativity, and collaboration, giving students the opportunity to grow in confidence and express themselves. These moments not only showcase the arts, but also unite our school community through shared experiences and memorable performances.
